MELE BEACH RETREAT   Situated 10 minutes drive from the middle of Port Vila's CBD, Mele Beach Retreat is nestled amongst Mango trees at Ranch De La Colle, Mele Road.   This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property with an out door shower was completed January 2009 and is fitted out with all the modern cons of home and more. With 4 king-size beds that split into singles. The property easily sleeps 8 with a port-a-cot and high chair also available.   All rooms are fan cooled and air-conditioned. From the 37" plasma you can relax watching Australian free to air channels as well as choosing DVDs from our library of 30 including 5 suitable for small children. Wireless internet is available for those that need to keep in touch with work and family and there is a small  library of around 100 books for those who may like an easy read while lying in the hammock next to the pool.   From your 18m long balcony you have 180o views of the beautiful Mele bay, an 8m in ground pool and a 4 burner BBQ at your disposal.   A small stroll down the sandy Mele beach gets you to Hideaway Island which is the best snorkeling around Port Vila. To the right of the property you have a 10 minute work to the club house of the Port Vila Golf and Country Club which boast the best 18 hole course in Vanuatu and is the home of the Vanuatu Golf Open. We also have a golf buggy for hire from the property.   On Mele Road roughly 500m away is the Saloon Bar which brews and bottles there own boutique beers and also has a pizza and  Mexican restaurant for those lazy nights. The beach Bar is a small bus fare to the Hideaway jetty where wood oven pizzas are available as well as burgers and steaks. For the energetic it would only take 30 minutes to walk along the beach.   A 350m walk to the main Road will allow you to catch a local bus for AUD2.00. They will take you to the anywhere in Port Vila or to the cascades and Hideaway.   We also have available a dual cab ute licensed to carry 10 people which can be hired with the house or if available a 7 seat Pajero.
